As some of you know, I have three grandkids, so I love shopping Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Kids. Plus, don’t forget about my kids shoe hack for those with or without kids! You can buy Adidas sneakers in kids sizes but they are cheaper, still fit great, and often come in cute styles not offered to adults. I am normally a size 8.5 and wear a size 6 in Adidas. Another NSale hack I have is not to get discouraged if a clothing item you want is out of stock. Keep checking back periodically and sometimes a return will process and your item in the correct size will reappear. Just be ready to act fast!

This dark teal color is one of fall’s biggest color trends! It’s the perfect mix of blue and green. I love this teal dress because it reminds me of Downton Abbey style. Actually, I recently saw the new Downtown Abbey movie and LOVED it. You can get tickets to see it here. I thought about wearing this to the premiere, but instead opted for something more casual. But this ruffle-trimmed dress with puff sleeves, a high neck, empire waist, back tie, fluttery hem and gorgeous deep tone make it the best dress to highlight the fall color trend of teal!
I’m not sure if you can believe this, but TODAY is the second day of fall! Crazy, right? I hope we get that crisp weather here in Texas very soon. Until then, I will keep prepping my wardrobe for the new season. One fall piece I love is this tweed dress. It’s a little shorter than I normally wear but just too adorable. The collar also can be detached, which is nice for that extra versatility. Since it’s not chilly enough to wear tights and booties with it yet, I opted for nude heels. When I got an e-mail from Charlotte Tilbury Beauty asking me if I would be the model for their Master Class at Nordstrom, I literally thought to myself “they must have the wrong person”. Surely they were trying to book a real super model, not plain ole’ lifestyle blogger Tanya Foster. Nope, sure enough, I hit the jackpot and they wanted me! Celebrity Make-Up Artist Barri King and Education Manager Beck West flew in from California to demonstrate the brand new Airbrush Flawless Foundation and Pillow Talk look. I learned so much that I have to share!
