Class is in session! This season it is all about college prep. Think rugby polos, stripes, argyle, khakis, loafers, popped collars, and more. Very East Coast Ivy League inspired looks. You’ll see lots of rich navy’s, maroons, camels, and olive greens. The good news is that you do not have to go back to school to embrace this trend! So ditch the books and instead take some time to shop the new school style. These are trends that can be incorporated into your wardrobe all fall long, making it worth it to relive the good ‘ole days via your style.
Collegiate Prep
Chocolate or mocha brown is one of the fall color trend we’ll be seeing all season long, so now is the time to get your staple brown pieces. A dress is a great piece to wear in order to incorporate a color trend. This brown vegan suede dress is such a classic style and the perfect versatile dress. This toffee suede dress is another gorgeous option that’s a great layering piece. If you prefer separates, then you will love this longline cardigan and these brown corduroy pants. I am also in love with this argyle cardigan! It’s the perfect way to add some prep into your wardrobe without going overboard. I paired them with khakis (size 4) and sneakers for a more prep style. I can’t wait to style this all season long.

I am a big fan of olive green. I used to not like it with my coloring but I have changed my mind and think it really looks good on everyone. Love it with a pretty ivory pant – classic and good!
