We’re just home from the most glorious weekend exploring Long Cove. I’m busy writing a detailed blog post about this amazing community and you will see it later this week. The weather was GLORIOUS! Warmer weather is coming faster than we may think – Praise Be! So I wanted to show you two different ways you can wear this black dress from LoveShackFancy that I just purchased. Their pieces are very feminine – perfect for everyday or vacation wear too.
We all have our favorite items in our closet. The items that no matter what, we wear again and again. These are the must-haves that help you build your wardrobe and create outfits. I’m sharing some of the must-haves you should have in your capsule wardrobe in order to make creating those outfits even easier. I’ve even broken it down by category. Let’s go…
You know I love a chic monogram! That’s why I love these customizable leather products and accessories from The Daily Edited. They carry a wide range of personal products for both women and men, like tech accessories, purses & wallets, notebooks, cosmetic cases, luggage & travel products, and even pet accessories. The Daily Edited is perfect when you need a thoughtful gift for friends or family, as every piece is chic and luxurious at an attainable price point. I don’t know about you, but when something is personalized to me it just makes it much more special!
Since Spring is upon us, I thought I’d give y’all some fashion inspiration for the season. I styled this look from JC Penney entirely under $100! Crazy, right? Layered looks in fun colors are always perfect to transition into Spring, so I chose this cute color combo to brighten things up. Pink and blue are great colors to start working into your daily looks, as well as colors like marigold yellow – the big color trend that I talked about in my previous post here. Also, this cable knit sweater comes in 15 colors so surely you can find one that you love!
It’s still pretty chilly here in Dallas, so I wanted to give you some inspiration for how to wear a big trend of the season – animal print! I found this cozy leopard piece from & Other Stories, a fabulous store I stumbled upon in New York. They design their clothes in Paris, Los Angeles, and Stockholm, so they carry a different mix of contemporary styles that I’m just loving. I paired back this oversized sweater with these cool new Parker Smith jeans.
