Happy Friday! As you’ve probably seen from my Instagram, I have been doing a lot of traveling. Last week I was at New York Fashion Week, today I’m in Austin for a travel conference, the next two weeks I’ll be in Africa, and then I’m taking a trip to Montana in October. WHEW! All of this travel has inspired me to share some travel necessities with you today. I have included luggage at different price ranges, duffel bags for weekend trips, chic backpacks to make navigating the airport easier, and much more!
This was never going to be a blog post but when I wore this vintage Oscar de la Renta dress last week to the Crystal Charity Ball luncheon event, it took on a life of its own. Just look at the reaction and comments on this Instagram post. So, it seems appropriate that I do a quick blog post on how I incorporate designer vintage pieces into my wardrobe.
Hello and Happy Monday! I hope you had a magnificent weekend. We did absolutely nothing and it was a welcome change in the Foster house. My fall travel schedule is about to go to Defcon 1 level and I’m frantically ordering clothes and packing to get ahead of the curve. While I was in NYC last week, I popped in to Bloomingdale’s and picked up this fabulous Donna Karan rushed tie-front black dress. It’s perfect for my fall wardrobe transition!
Sharing a fun fall color trend…RUST! It seems like this color is very popular right now. That’s because rust is so perfect for fall and is easy to incorporate into you fall wardrobe. There are so many different shades of this color so it’s simple for you to find your favorite and be on trend this fall. I’m sharing some of my favorite pieces below.
Oh boy! I am feeling that extra weight from all the delicious pasta I ate when in NYC. Time to suck it all in! Thank goodness I discovered this So Slimming Juliet Pant that literally makes you look like you’ve been at the gym. When we all know I haven’t due to my heavy travel schedule… EEK!
