Make sure you checked off everyone on your list by viewing all of my Holiday Gift Guides HERE. Show of hands. Who is completely done with all of their holiday shopping?
Having a red dress for the holidays is a must. It’s festive, beautiful, and a great color on almost everyone. Sweater dresses are especially popular. This maroon sweater dress is gorgeous and would be perfect for a quaint holiday home. Plus, it’s currently on sale! For something a little fancier, this lace trimmed sweater dress or this lace mini dress are both gorgeous options.
Want to incorporate red for an everyday look? You can wear this maroon satin blouse and these maroon jeans for a super chic look. Just add these maroon sling backs to complete your sleek monochromatic look. For a more casual look, swap the blouse for this red cable V-neck sweater. Layer any look with this red wool-blend coat, red leather gloves and this cozy pom beanie.
Some easy ways to add a pop of red to your outfit is with red statement earrings, red lipstick, or a red handbag. If you want to add a pop of color in your home, grab this burgundy throw blanket. Shop more red for the holidays/winter in the boutique below.
Do you call it red, crimson or berry? Does it depend on the hue? Hmmm…

I love red, and I always get compliments when I wear it. However, I recently learned that I’m allergic to red dye, so now I have to wear the color sparingly.
Re: Thanksgiving on Keto. I’ve decided to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner and go back on the plan the next day. It’s only one day, and I look forward to some of those dishes all year.
Staci,
I’m so glad you said that about Thanksgiving and Keto. I’ve been wondering if I should just have a big cheat day. Have you done this before? How does it make you feel?
Thanks-
Tanya
I had a cheat meal at a formal event I attended recently. I was surprised by how little dessert I could eat, because it was too sweet now that I’ve been doing Keto. I got right back on track and there was no difference on the scale, thank God.
Well that’s good. I’m more concerned about how I will FEEL after consuming that much sugar and carbs…

Love all the red. It’s so festive and smart looking. Another red gorgeous red dress! Don’t know about the Keto on Thanksgiving, but at least you can have turkey and a vegetable.
Red is empowering. Back in my courtroom days, I planned to wear a red blouse on opening and closing days.
