Have you ever thought “I wish my ride share app delivered a little more personal service with a higher level of security?” Well if you are in Dallas, your wait is over! Introducing ALTO, on-demand rides that are safe and secure while priced right. Check out why I am using them as my preferred ride.
Why a new ride share app? Security, service and comfort – that’s why! I recently discovered ALTO, the new on-demand ride that is turning the traditional ride share business model on its head. They employ their drivers and manage their own dedicated fleet of brand new SUV’s. Yep, you heard right – their drivers are salaried employees who are trained to the highest standards and undergo rigorous background checks. This puts safety as one of the most important aspects of ALTO.
Who is behind this brand new car service launch? CEO Will Coleman is a former McKinsey Partner and worked 11 years leading McKinsey’s B2C travel practice to build disruptive strategies into the marketplace. CCO Alexandra Halbardier is a former BCG Principal. Her decade of experience is in designing brand and marketing strategies for more than 50 consumer brands. Together they knew something was missing in the on demand ride marketplace.
How does it work? ALTO is a member based app service. Just download the ALTO app, join and make your profile. Then use your app to hail a ride just like you are used to doing with other app based ride share companies. The difference? You can set your “vibe” before you even get in the car. Have you ever been in the back of a ride share and the driver will not stop talking? Just set you vibe to “Void” and the driver will know that you want quiet time in the car. Other vibes include Sanctuary, Quest, Reverie, Fizz, Liftoff, Locals and Seasons. YOU are in control of the ride by selecting the custom play list through your app.
A beautiful, brand new Buick Enclave (5 star safety rated) SUV will arrive at your pick-up location and take you wherever you need to go. These cars have full leather interiors, cell phone chargers for every seat and water bottles for all passengers. They have seriously thought of everything! Personally, I like to take ALTO to charity luncheon events, bypassing the valet line. There are times when you can wait 20-30 minutes to get your own car after the luncheon is over. Take ALTO instead of waiting for your own car. Meeting girlfriends for a happy hour and don’t want to drive? ALTO. Date night with your sweetie for drinks and dinner? ALTO. It’s currently only in the Dallas metroplex but they will be rolling out to other major metro areas soon. They plan have a national presence by 2020.
Another bonus feature? All of their gorgeous SUV’s look like the car in the pictures above (white car with gold logo on side). You will know when your ALTO arrives. Have you ever gotten into the wrong car with another popular ride share service? I have – YIKES! This will never happen with ALTO. Did I mention their professional drivers that are in an ALTO designated uniform? Class act all the way around. Download the app here to get started.
Superior service, safety and comfort. What else do you need? xoxo- Tanya
P.S. My dress is old but this one is similar (same brand). More selections here.
