Happy Friday! In today’s post, I’m sharing a ton of great products for those of you that are moving your kiddo or someone you know back to school! It doesn’t matter if it’s into a dorm, apartment, house, sorority/fraternity, etc! I shared a post on Monday with some more helpful tips for moving your kid to college you can read here.
Cleaning Supplies
Something you can never have enough of…cleaning supplies! Even if they don’t use them, it’s a good idea to stock up on Clorox wipes, Swiffer dusters, and Clorox spray! And don’t forget the laundry detergent! Amazon Prime everything they need directly to the house, dorm, or apartment so you don’t have to deal with moving all of it!
Electronics
Since they probably already have a laptop and other basic electronics, think about the accessories they might need. Like a wireless mouse or keyboard. A good speaker or headphones are always a great little gift to give so that they can listen to music while studying or getting ready to go out. A printer is also a must-have!
Kitchen
If they’re moving into a house or apartment, you can either buy them all new kitchen stuff or give them your hand-me-downs and get some new stuff for yourself! 🙂 Target has some really great quality plastic dishes right now that come in multiple colors!
Make It Cozy
Don’t forget the cute wall art, decorative pillows, comfy throw blankets, etc.! Fun tip: Adding a mirror makes the space feel and look larger than it is!
Things You Forget About
There’s always a list of things you wish you had thought about getting them or that you forgot! Some of these things might include command strips, a toolkit, vacuum, batteries, water filter, power strip/extension cord, and an iron and ironing board.

Have a great weekend! xoxo – Tanya
Man, they are much better equipped than when we went to college, huh? I still have a few years before sending my first off to college. http://www.thismainlinelife.com
Every child wants to feel confident and not need anything. Great selection, thanks for sharing. https://writemyessays.me/narrative.html
Thank you for talking about this. In fact, this is one of the most exciting moments when you have to let your child go to school. For us, this is stress every time, since you yourself are far enough away from your child and you cannot protect. And no matter how they are in any case, our little children. Therefore, such a peculiar collection plan can be just salvation. Let’s say my wife and I always forget about household chemicals, because it does not affect the child’s education in any way, which means it does not seem as important as everything else. But now I think we can better prepare ourselves for this event.

Good advice, thank you! My daughter is going to school, and I picked up some things from your list that she will need. Fortunately, the eldest daughter is studying at the university https://kalayuniversity.com/ and she chooses things on her own
