There is nothing more I love than to attend a fun event and learn something new. That happened last week when I got to attend the Negra Modelo event with the winner of Top Chef Masters – Rick Bayless. We learned a lot about how to make the perfect guacamole (just use all of your favorite ingredients) and of course drink Negra Modelo. Chef Rick Bayless even went over some of his favorite recipes, answered questions from the audience and signed his cookbook. What a great guy.
Do you know how to keep an avocado fresh once its ripened? Once its soft, put it in the refrigerator. It will keep for 5-6 days. Do you know how to cut an onion without crying? You rinse in cold water. How do you make guacamole?
