Happy Monday! How was everyone’s weekend? Have you finished your Christmas shopping yet or are you just starting? Christmas is less than 3 weeks away, so it’s time to get going on your shopping list. Check out my full list of gift guides HERE. Today I want to specifically look at pieces you need for those cozy holiday days at home. I’ll even share some additional gift ideas and my favorite gift wrapping tips!

Cozy Holiday at Home

The first thing you need for a cozy holiday at home is a great set of pajamas and slippers. This comfort knit pajama set is so comfortable and cozy! They also make a great gift idea. Plus, they come in several color choice. I wear a size S. These faux shearling slide slippers are perfect to wear or gift with the pajamas. They are so soft!

You also need some soft and comfortable sweaters to stay cozy this season. This cowl neck cashmere sweater is gorgeous and perfect to wear all winter long. Another sweater I love is this striped turtleneck sweater. I wear a size S in both sweaters. To complete your at-home look, pair them with jeans and these fuzzy suede leather moccasin slippers. I love that they have a hard sole so I can wear them outside as well as inside.

Gift Wrapping Tips

Now that you have the perfect gift wrapping attire, let’s look at easy gift wrapping tips. I’ve learned some helpful tips and tricks over the years. For starters, you can gift someone a bag and use it to wrap the other gifts. Above, I used this monogrammed canvas tote bag to wrap other items like this reindeer popcorn and these peppermint crunch cookies. You could also do this with a wine bag and bottle of wine. Both are fabulous hostess gift ideas.

Another tip to elevate your gift wrapping is to attach ornaments or other trinkets and charms to your bows. This adds a unique flare to your gifts. Another bow tip is if you have accessories that go with the wrapped gift, you can add those to the decorations. For example, you could add cooking utensils as part of the bow on a gift if you are gifting a kitchen item. It is like a sneak peek as to what they will open. I love that it creates a cohesive theme for the whole package.

But my favorite gift wrapping hack is to label gifts with sticky notes. Sometimes we have gifts, but we don’t know who they are for quite yet. Oftentimes, people will stop by unexpected with holiday gifts in tow so you always want to be prepared! Placing a sticky note of the item wrapped allows you to wrap the gift without forgetting what is inside. You will never be left gift empty-handed again!
