ABOUT ME (KELSEY):
I’m from Shreveport, Louisiana, and after graduating from Baylor University with a degree in business, I pursued my passion for baking. I attended the International Culinary Center outside of San Francisco, California seeking a knowledge of all things pastry. After culinary school, I worked with Chef Mellisa Root at the Michelin-starred restaurant Madera. I love the creative aspects of my job and making sweets that are just as beautiful as they are delicious. I hope y’all enjoy!
