Well hello there loyal readers of the blog. I hope you had a fantastic Independence Day weekend! I am grateful for our freedom and thankful to those who serve. Let’s get this Monday started shall we?
Friday’s post gave you a lot of great July 4th weekend sales. A lot of those sales continue through today so you might want to refer to this post to make sure you are getting in on the action. Take advantage of these posts because I have done all the work for you. You just have to click the pink link (store name) and it will take you straight there. You might wonder why I talk about online shopping so much. It’s really simple. Online shopping provides a huge timesaver for me. I don’t have time to run around and find everything I need (want) and free shipping and returns just makes this a no brainer. Plus, trying on items in my own closet where I can see what else I have in my wardrobe is such a bonus. It makes styling so much easier. Try it!
As much as I love red, white and blue for the 4th of July, I am ready to move on. Today, let’s talk about yellow. It’s a fresh color for summer and I like to pair it with neutrals. This cute yellow floral print dress is from Gap and it sold out quickly. I am hoping they restock it soon but I have also pulled some other cute items from Gap for you to see. By the way, TODAY only they are having 35% off your online purchase with code CELEBRATE. I love it with this fantastic bag that I have talked about before in this blog post, several Kate Spade bangle bracelets and these white Top Shop ankle wrap sandals from Nordstrom. Speaking of Nordstrom, I can’t wait for the anniversary sale. I’m making my plan to strategically attack that sale and I will share my findings with you on the blog.
On me – Dress: Gap, sold out but I like this one and this one too (both on sale) / Tote: Joia from St. Bernard Sports; seen here in this blog post too / Shoes: Top Shop from Nordstrom (in black too) / Sunglasses: Maui Jim / Bracelets: Kate Spade, here and here / Earrings: Studs (old), similar here / Polish: Essie Watermelon on my toes (perfect summer color)
