If you’re still sipping your coffee in pajamas this morning, then this post in for you! Today let’s look at how to take your loungewear into spring and summer. We adopted the perpetually casual look a year ago, and I think it’s here to stay. Once it starts to warm up, it’s always good to update your loungewear to match the rising temperatures. Let’s look at the easiest ways to update your loungewear without breaking the bank. Shorts – here we come!

How to Take Your Loungewear into Spring
One way to take your loungewear into spring and even summer is to swap out your pants for some shorts. One of my current favorite lounge shorts are these Loft cotton terry shorts. They are so soft and lightweight. It also comes in four great colors. I am in the pink dune color. Another pair of shorts that I love are these Soma Restore aloe knit shorts. The special aloe-infused fabric is designed to renew your body with each wear. This makes for super soft shorts and super soft skin! They also come in ivory and light pink. I wear a size M in both of these shorts.
Another easy way to take your loungewear into spring is to trade out your sweatshirt for a lightweight long sleeve top. In the spring the temperatures can still get chilly (especially all of y’all in the Northeast!), so I like to have sleeves. Going into summer I definitely recommend going for a short sleeve top or tank. For a lightweight sweatshirt, I love this Loft cotton terry henley sweatshirt. For something more lightweight, I recommend this Soma Restore aloe knit long-sleeved top. Just like the shorts, the aloe knit is designed to renew and soften your skin. I wear a size M in both tops and both come in three colors.
Lastly, an easy way to summer-ize your loungewear is to trade out your slippers for some slide slippers. It gives you a cozy slipper feel without making your feet too hot. My favorites are these shearling slide sandals. I also love these slide sandals for under $50. Also, don’t forget to update your robe. This Soma cotton robe feels like you’re at a spa. This is definitely a robe I will wear all year long!
Make it a great (and cozy) day! xoxo – Tanya
