Lately around here

I don’t know about you but I feel completely disorganized and overwhelmed. It’s like everyone decided to turn up the heat in the spring and kick things up a notch. Lordy…  Let’s talk about whats going on lately around here and let’s get caught up.

First of all, we’re all busy. I have the same 24 hours a day that everyone else has. So I’m not any busier than anyone else. That being said, what is going on with this spring’s social calendar and work stuff? I’m about to announce a bunch of exciting projects that I can’t give you the full details about (don’t you just hate when people do that) but know that you will be the first to hear about them. They are national brand campaigns that I have been asked to do and I’m excited to share them with you.

In addition to some upcoming travel (Guatemala and then New York City), I’m also getting ready for the rewardStyle conference that is hosted in Dallas later this month. It’s the blogger conference for the top performing 200 bloggers and I’m excited that I got invited again. What to wear? EEK!

Charity stuff. Two things… I am jumping out of a plane for a good cause! Yep, you heard right. On May 3, I have committed to jumping out of a plane as a part of the Bombshells to raise money for the Birdseye View Project. This non-profit helps veterans and first responders. I’m committed to raising $10,000 and would love your help. This weekend we have absolutely nothing planned. You have no idea how good that sounds to me. We have a ton of work to do around the house but that is actually therapeutic. I can’t wait!
