Today we are going to talk about something that most females over the age of 35 experience but seldom want to talk about – Bladder control. Yep, I don’t like discussing it either but I thought this blog post might help take the mystery out of the topic. Occasional bladder leakage, urgency, it’s a common problem for females. Did you know that there is an over the counter, drug-free supplement that can really help? I’ve been taking AZO Bladder Control® with Go-Less® for the last month and today I am sharing my experience.

Let me start this blog post by saying that as of now, I don’t wear any panty liners and haven’t had the need to. However, I’m sure it’s in my future as it is in most women my age. In fact, when I was contacted about bladder control, I didn’t think this topic was a good fit for me or my blog because it’s not really anything I think about. I only really started to think about it when we had a discussion about how often I need to go to the restroom and the fact that I have to get up during the night to go to the bathroom. Every single night. If you know me well, you know that I have to have 8 hours of sleep each night or I am seriously the worst person to deal with the next day. Just ask my husband about the early stages of having babies – I couldn’t wait for them to sleep through the night!

As I have gotten older I have noticed that I have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Even when I don’t have a lot of water to drink at dinner. This is really irritating to me! AZO Bladder Control® with Go-Less® has helped me with this little problem. I started taking it in November and noticed that I was no longer waking up to go to the bathroom. Game changer! I also observed that the occasional urgency to urinate during the day seemed to be better. There’s nothing worse than running your errands during the day and having to make several stops to go to the bathroom. Especially public bathrooms – yuck! When you start taking AZO Bladder Control® with Go-Less®, you will take 3 pills a day. I could tell a difference after a few days; however, the packaging indicates it can take up to 2 weeks to see a change in your bladder behavior.

There can be many causes for occasional bladder leakage and urgency such as weight gain, menopause and general aging, not to mention that your stomach muscles and organs don’t seem to really adjust back 100% after childbirth (thanks kids). AZO Bladder Control® contains Go-Less® which is a naturally sourced ingredient blend with soy germ and pumpkin seed extract, that helps optimize bladder function during the day and night.*  Pumpkin seed extract helps with urinary control by maintaining the tone and strength of the bladder muscles (specifically the detrusor and sphincter muscles) to promote normal function*. Soy germ supports healthy control by sustaining the bladder muscle and pelvic floor.*

I like that it’s an over-the-counter solution for a very common issue It’s a private way to deal with a very common issue I hope this information has been helpful to you.
