I think that most of us are ready to dress for fall even if the fall temps aren’t quite here yet, and these lightweight sweaters are perfect to wear and layer. Let’s start with the simple and chic sweater dress. It’s perfect for transition season! I love this cable-knit cashmere sweater dress. It is such a chic and classic style that you can wear for years. Another option is to dress up a sweater with a skirt. Pair this cashmere mock neck sweater with this ruffle maxi skirt for a gorgeous fall look. Just add a stylish jacket for cooler temps. Pair your dress with boots or these flats and a chic handbag for the perfect fall look.
When the temperatures are still a little too warm for a sweater, a sweater vest is the perfect option and is on trend again this fall. This color block sweater vest is a great option. It’s a classic fit and style and I love the fall colors. A sweater vest is the perfect transitional piece because you can easily add layers depending on the weather.
