FRAME Le Capri Crop denim in Plumb Peach c/o (sold out; similar style here) / FRAME Silk Ruffle Silk Blouse (I love this white one too) / Les Second Large Tote in Citrus (comes in Green, Black, Brown, Yellow and Blue) / Nest Necklace (sold out; similar here) / Sezane pink loafers / Sunglasses (only $60!) / Lips: Urban Decay in color ‘Brat’
You know what’s fun about this look? I feel very Farah Fawcett 80’s retro. This FRAME denim is high-waisted, which is the best in my opinion. Like we used to wear them back in the day. The good ole’ days…
I’m also starting to let my hair take on its natural wave and I’ve stopped fighting it. Instead, I dry it with my super fast Dyson hair dryer (game changer – it dries my hair in 1/2 the time) and then take my GHD curling wand to it. Voila – big hair with lots of volume! Both of these products are worth the investment. Maybe I will do a blog post on this hair situation. Would you like that?
OK, let me tell you why I’m in LOVE with FRAME Denim. Their fit is impeccable (all of it, not just the jeans)! FRAME is a brand that blends Los Angeles with a distinctly European aesthetic. It inspires us to be ” dressed up casual” which is totally ME! It’s been the favorite denim brand of off-duty models since its inception in 2012. Headquartered in Los Angeles, FRAME Denim is available in its beautiful stand alone stores located in New York, Dallas, San Fransisco and Los Angeles as well as in fine retailers like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Revolve, Shopbop and more.
I was invited to attend the store opening party at the new Dallas boutique located in Highland Park Village. The event was so fun and they had a raffle for the large orange tote. If you follow me on Instagram stories, you saw me talking about it. I left for a brand collaboration trip to NYC and forgot all about it. Guess what? The store e-mailed me and I WON the bag! Can you believe it? It’s so fabulous and a perfect large, leather tote to carry everything on shoot days. I love it! It also comes in 5 other colors so be sure to check them out.
This casual look is perfect for running around town, date night or the movies. In fact, Pete and I attended the Advance Screening of A Quiet Place and lets just say, I was scared beyond belief and didn’t get much sleep last night. But its a really good horror thriller that opens in theaters on Friday. And who doesn’t love John Krasinski and Emily Blunt? GO SEE IT!
Thanks for popping in today and letting me tell you about FRAME Denim. xoxo – Tanya

I’ve stuck with my Guess jeans through good times and bad. (Not the acid wash ones – way too retro.) I was gleefully scooping them up on ebay for $9.99 or less – but now that they’re “back,” I can’t find them for less than $30 anymore. :/ And btw the “kids” need to stop calling them “Mom” jeans. such an insult!
I wear DG2 jeans bc they’re high waisted just bought the double fringed crops in chambray and red. Get them for a quarter of what Frame costs.
Love your new wavy do
I have a Dyson worth every cent got mine at qvc when a tsv saved me $100
I’m so glad that “Mom” jeans are back. No matter what you call them, they are flattering. I need to get a pair before they go out of style again. You look remarkable and I love your 80’s hair.
You look gorgeous and those jeans are great! So happy that high waisted is back. And last but not least, you look a lot like Farrah Fawcett! 🙂
