It is always important to give back, and especially now more than ever. Since the onset of the pandemic, women have been disproportionately impacted due to lack of childcare and the impact the pandemic has on the industries women predominantly work in. This is why I’m so excited to announce that this month is the seventh annual Talbots X Dress for Success campaign, Gift it Forward. This campaign is geared towards helping women thrive in their communities amidst this tough time. Let’s look at how you can shop to give back this month; my two favorite things!
Talbots X Dress for Success
I want to thank Talbots for entrusting me with this important campaign for the 7th year in a row. Yep, I’ve worked with them as long as I have been blogging! So, how do you participate? Now through March 21st, Talbots is offering this gorgeous limited-edition Gratitude Necklace as part of the Talbots X Dress for Success campaign. And guess what? 100% of the proceeds from the Gratitude Necklace goes directly to Dress for Success to help continue their mission to help women reach their fullest potential. Amazing! The necklace is meant to be gifted as a symbol of gratitude for women that have helped us along the way. Each necklace comes with a branded gift box and a personalized notecard to gift it forward. The hardest part is to decide which woman to gift it to!
Now let’s look at some ways to style this necklace for a fresh spring wardrobe. First and foremost, a statement necklace always pairs well with a dress. I love this purple cotton stripe shirtdress (wearing size 4) and this blue poplin shirtdress (wearing size 6). Just pair the dresses with these slide sandals for the perfect spring outfit. These dresses make great Easter outfits as well. For more Easter outfit ideas, read HERE. I also love a cute and casual everyday spring look. Just pair these white shorts (wearing size 6) with this cotton stripe tee (wearing size S). Add this statement necklace for a pop of spring color!
