YVONNE DREAM CREPE ONE-SHOULDER DRESS from the Gal Meets Glam collection (size up one size) / Nude heels / Cult Gaia bag
Yesterday was the day from H-E-L-L! Have you ever had one of those days that just needed to be over? Yep, that was my Monday. I am going to chalk it up to STRESS and the final stages of wedding planning. Moving on… Let’s discuss my recent discovery – the feminine Gal Meets Glam collection.
I’m excited to show you a new dress that I just purchased the day the Gal Meets Glam collection launched. I snagged several of them and will be showing you the others soon. If you are in need of something special for a wedding, brunch, luncheon, Mother’s Day, church or special occasion, this dress line is it. It’s designed by Julia Engel, the name behind the blog Gal Meets Glam. I have followed Julia from the very moment I decided to become a lifestyle blogger and knew that I would cover fashion. She is elegant, beautiful, feminine and loves pink! It’s no surprise that when she decided to design a dress line, it completely reflects her style.
I love everything I ordered but will caution you to size up. I am typically a size 6 but will size up with designs do not allow for chesty girls (I’m a 34DD). So in this case I am wearing a size 8 and it works perfectly without me having to get alterations on the dress. By the way, if you want a great designer that does account for a bigger bust, try Shoshanna. She designs with busty girls in mind and her dresses fit me like a glove.
I absolutely love the Gal Meets Glam line and can’t wait to show you my other dresses. xoxo – Tanya

I got the blue chambray Riley dress and wore it on vacation in Belize. Super comfy and fit well. I know I will be wearing it a lot this summer.
They look so pretty and stylish. I’m such a fan of Julia and I’m so pleased her first collection is every bit as wonderful as I hoped it would be xx
