OLLY Restful Sleep / Balanced Belly / Flawless Complexion
Hello again from me and OLLY! Every month I am going to spotlight a new OLLY product that I love. Did you know that March is National Sleep Awareness Month? Yep! It seems like a great time to tell you why I love OLLY Restful Sleep. While we’re at it, let me tell you why I am trying out Balanced Belly and Flawless Complexion.
Nothing makes me more irritable than if I don’t get a good nights sleep (a solid 7 hours; preferably 8). Whether it be stress, anxiety or just this age, restless sleep seems to be a thing. Along with a good healthy lifestyle, be sure to try these tips for a good nights sleep. And, take 2 OLLY Restful Sleep (blackberry zen flavor) containing Melatonin, L-Theanine and Botanicals.
- Shut off all electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
- Take a warm shower or bath and brush teeth.
- Read a book or write in a journal.
- Turn the lights out at bedtime.
Additionally, I am trying Balanced Belly (peachy peach flavor), which is a blend of prebiotic and probiotic to help with your digestion and Flawless Complexion (berry fresh flavor) packed with antioxidants, minerals and botanicals. All three supplements are super delicious!
Wondering why I take so many OLLY nutrition products? They truly work and I love the little treat during the day. Ready to try some but don’t where to start? How about I give you some? YES! It’s GIVEAWAY time. One lucky winner will receive a box full of 7 OLLY products to try. All you have to do is leave a comment on today’s blog post answering this question. How many hours of sleep do you get each night?
No need to count sheep at night. Take OLLY! xoxo – Tanya

Unfortunately I only get around 5-6 hours of sleep a night – these would really help! Love the blog.
I get a solid 8 hours of sleep each night—as often as possible. Crank down th air, fluff the pillow, slip on the cool pajamas and call it a night.
7-8 as I am training for a 1/2 marathon!
I thought I was getting 7-8 until I wore my fit bit and it showed that I was fitfully sleeping. Only 5-6 hours of restful sleep. I am trying to get better sleep but not working as well as I hoped!
I usually average about 6, but my goal is 7. I am 45 and a mom of 3 teenagers at home. My sleep seems to be getting worse, lol. Maybe it will get better when my oldest goes to college next year. I get up and exercise 6 days a week and I always get up by 6:30 to exercise and I am very tired at night. 3 Nights of high school baseball a week right now is not helping.
I would love to try Olly products.
I go to bed at 10 up at 7 everyday so I’m on the 9 hour schedule. I do bar class 4 to 5 times a week plus golf twice a week so I sleep well don’t need supplements for sleep. I find if I have too much alcohol it disrupts my sleep
I try for 8. My daughter I am concerned gets about 5 and works long hours . Will get her some for sleep.
I get approximately 6 hours but it’s always interrupted sleep. I could use some Olly and have always wanted to try the sleep vitamin. Thank you! ❤️
I sleep about 8 hrs., but usually get up 1 or 2x to use the bathroom.
I usually only get 6-7 but feel much better when I get 8 hours!
I’m getting 7-8 hours of interrupted sleep. Would love to try the vitamins for a more restful sleep!
The short answer is: not enough! I usually get 6, but my goal is 7.
About 7 hours on average!
I usually get about 6 hours, I wish that I got more though! I love Olly products! Would love to win this to try more out! Love your giveaways, they are always THE BEST!
I try to get 7-8 hours each night, otherwise I’m grumpy!
T, I LOVE your blog. It’s the perfect way to try my day. I’m a huge believer in the power of sleep & usually get at least 10 hours per night. I’m truly at my best when I get my sleep!!
Tanya,
I am new to your blog, it is great. I look forward to reading a lot more of it. I get between 7 and 8 hours a night. I prefer closer to 8, I try and get to bed really early. I get up and workout between 5:30 and 6:00 am most mornings so it is important to me. Thanks for the post on OLLY products, I had never heard of them.
I get eight whenever possible! But children….husband….pets….work….ya know! I have GOT to try these products!!!!
I try to get 8! But sometimes I struggle :/ lol!!
I love sleep — and prefer a good 7-8 hours, but with this human I’m growing it has been making things a little challenging. I’m sure once he arrives in a few weeks my love of sleep might be put on hold for a while …
I shoot for 6-6.5. Wish it was a little more.
8-10 hrs of sleep. I’m at my best with 10
I get about 6 hours of sleep a night because I need to get up at 4:45 a.m. for work. I intend to get to bed earlier each night but it’s 10:00 p.m. before I realize it. It’s so hard to get everything done and get to bed earlier. When I do, I can’t fall asleep.
I usually get 6 to 6 1/2 due to a very busy lifestyle with work and caring for my elderly mother. Very interested in trying the products. They look like gummy bears :).
I get around 5-6 hours of sleep due to being so busy lately with work and family. Would love to try this product, looks great!
I usually get 7 hours of sleep but I’m not sure that I would classify it all as quality sleep. I’ve been meaning to try the Olly sleep supplement with melatonin so thank you for the post!
I get fewer than 6 hours – I have only tried the Olly protobiotic & I love it. I appreciate the opportunity to try all the rest! Thank you so much! Sweet Dreams!
I get 8-9 hours of sleep each night .. I don’t sleep as sound as I have in the past, but I never seem to get enough 🙁
Not enough!! Seriously, about 7 hours in bed; but often I wake between 2:00 and 3:00 and have trouble going back to sleep. My best sleep is 5:00ish AM until 8:30ish, but that often doesn’t work with my schedule!!!
I wish i could get more! When i wake up after 7 hours, i feel as though i am not rested. I am willing to try anything to get the deep sleep my Garmin is telling me that i am not getting. Help, please!!
8 – 9 hours!
I’m usually in be for about 8 hours. Note “in bed”, not asleep. I go to sleep pretty quickly but wake up a BUNCH of times through the night. Ugh. I’d love to sleep straight through for once.
I get about 8hrs of sleep each night. I literally fall apart without enough sleep (I have an IGA immune deficiency)…
Not enough sleep. Maybe 6 hours. Hard for me to turn
Everything off and get to sleep.
II usually get 7 but it takes me so long to get to sleep. I just toss and turn for a good hour, sometimes longer.
My goal is 7.5 hours. Some nights a little more and some nights a little less.
I usually get 8+ hours, but don’t always sleep well. Too much to think about- love to try these!
I wish I could get 8 hours. I am experiencing restless sleep and will give the Olly product a try. The only thing I do not like is that it has sugar and I try not to have anything with sugar in it. How do you deal with that aspect of these products?
I try to get 7 – 8 hours but I seem to be waking up more and more. Maybe sleep vitamins will help. Even if I don’t win, I am going to get some of theses vitamins.
