Week 6 of the home remodel and we are still without a kitchen, master bathroom or master closet. Eating every meal out is getting old. Thank goodness for Daniel Magoon and Snap Kitchen. We recently met at the Snider Plaza location and he showed me what is new for the spring menu. I am sharing some of my favorites with you. Smoked chicken quesadillas, Tuscan kale snack, grass-fed meatballs and peppers, miso salmon maki rolls and my favorite – crunchy coconut shrimp. All delicious and portioned out for your perfect meal size. Danny is a registered dietician and he is amazing to talk to about the healthy choices that Snap Kitchen offers. Good thing that they come in microwave containers and simply need to be reheated. I love that all the instructions are right there on the containers. And, I have no dishes to deal with.
