sushi at Lounge 31

Guess who has a great sushi menu and some tasty sake? Lounge 31 – the open air restaurant and bar above Bistro 31 in Highland Park Village. I was invited to a sushi making session with Chef Sushi Steve (say that three times fast). It was a fascinating experience and process. And now I know why it takes so long for your sushi order to come out. Be sure to stop by for a cocktail and hang out at the sushi bar. Very yummy!
