I love to send and receive holiday cards. It’s such a great way to catch up with friends and family. Before Facebook, this was the one time of year you would see everyone’s children. We always send a photo card and this year I am thrilled to be creating my Christmas card with Minted. Good news! I’m giving away two Minted gift cards to two lucky readers!
Minted’s community of independent artists and designers are located in 48 states and 43 countries. They are illustrators and textile designers, painters and packaging designers, marketers and stay-at-home moms. They design more than holiday cards with custom artwork, home accessories, party goods and more. You have endless choices for holiday cards, Christmas cards, photo cards, non-photo cards, religious cards and more. The design process is a breeze because their website is easy to navigate. They can even address them and create a custom designed stamp for you.
I do want to take a minute and say that I believe it is important to use a professional photographer for your picture. We always do a photo Christmas card so I arrange to shoot with Haynsworth Photography every summer when I know I will have the kids home. Holt Haynsworth and his staff do the best job of capturing our family. In fact, we’ve been shooting with them so long that his dad, John Haynsworth shot the kids when they were young. For a small fee, they will give you a digital file for you to use as needed. That’s what I did for these Christmas cards I created. I used several pictures because the design I chose is a two-sided card. Our photo’s are high resolution enabling me to design with ease.
Minted is offering TWO $125 gift cards for my loyal TanyaFoster.com readers. Enter here and contest ends 11:59 pm on Friday, 12/2 and winners will be notified by email. Due to promotional laws, our giveaway will only be open to U.S. residents.
You got a sneak peek of my 2016 Christmas Card. What do you think? xoxo – Tanya
