On the list of the 9 million things I am seeking to improve about myself is that little double chin I have been noticing. The downside to blogging and posting street style is that I have a constant reminder of myself and all of those little imperfections I see. Everyone has something that irks them about themselves. I have heard so much about this in-office miracle treatment that I decided to visit Dr. Stetler at the Dallas Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics. Since this is a multi-step process that will require several treatments, I will reveal the full effect in a follow-up blog post with before and after pictures. Much like I did with the Cool Sculpting post here and here.
Few cosmetic products generate as much excitement as the recently FDA-approved KYBELLA, which reduces a double chin through a series of injections. The Dallas Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics is the first dermatology practice in Dallas to offer KYBELLA, and Dr. Stetler is a national trainer for the company. Dr. Stetler and Dr. Polder, both nationally recognized for their expertise in the use of injectables, are already seeing high demand for KYBELLA treatment, which involves a series of procedures spaced months apart.
If you’ve been bothered by a double chin and want to learn more about KYBELLA, request a consultation and call (214) 631-7546 to schedule an appointment. When you schedule a consultation for cosmetic procedures, you also receive a customized “Total Skin Rejuvenation” plan to help you achieve your best complexion.
Here’s my theory… If you are going to try a new procedure that has just recently been approved by the FDA, do it with the doctor who is a national trainer. Dr. Stetler is training other dermatologists and plastic surgeons weekly. When I had it done it didn’t hurt at all. It just felt a little weird when the kybella was injected. Almost like a heavy sensation. Dr. Stetler puts a numbing cream on your neck, marks the with a grid and injects the Kybella in all the little dots. How much each patient needs is dependent on how much fat you have in your double chin. Afterwards, you will sit for about 15 minutes while applying cold packs to your injection site. There is no pain, just a little swelling and bruising at the injection site. You will not have any down time. I went right back to my schedule that day. By the way, a lot of men seek this treatment too.
GOOD NEWS! Readers of Film+Fashion+Fun will receive a special pricing discount when they make an appointment for Kybella. Just mention this blog post and you will receive $100 OFF per vial (most women need 2 vials)! Call (214) 631-7546 today.
I can’t wait to show you the full results when I am done. Stay tuned… xoxo- Tanya
About KYBELLA
KYBELLA is made from a chemical that’s naturally produced in the body to help absorb fats. It is the first and only non-surgical treatment approved by the FDA to reduce fat below the chin. When injected into the fat, known as submental fat, it destroys the fat cells. Clinical trials demonstrated that KYBELLA is safe and effective for contouring the area below the chin. Dr. Stetler and Dr. Polder customize treatments for each patient, who may get 50 injections during a single treatment.
You may notice enhanced definition of your chin’s profile after 2 to 4 treatment sessions, which are spaced at least a month apart. Up to 6 separate treatments may be performed.
