What do you think about when you attend a beautiful wedding reception, charity event or luncheon? The food? The feeling? The decor? It’s really all the little details that add up. One of the way you can greatly enhance any event is with luxury rentals. Today in our WEDDING series we are discussing how Lawson Event Rentals will take your special event to the next level.

When it came to picking vendors, I spent much time asking people I trust who they use. I also pay attention to who the top charity event organizations are using. Since I am a member of Crystal Charity Ball, I also watched closely how our vendors were setting up last year at the 2017 Ball. They go above and beyond to work within the no-profits budget to pull off an amazing event, fulfilling a theme and transforming a hotel ballroom into a winter wonderland. So I knew that the vendors who help a non-profit certainly were worth my consideration.

Lawson Event Rentals was founded by Cassy and Chad Lawson, is a family owned event rental company in Dallas, TX. They have over a decade of experience in the event industry and maintain a tight-knit team of dedicated employees. The company has a wide variety of items from chairs, tables, and bars to linens, tableware, and specialty items. Anything and everything to make your wedding and reception special!

Most wedding receptions take place in a venue such as a hotel ballroom, country club or event room. Although most of these locations will come with tables, chairs, linens and dishes, you will be limited in choices. This is where Lawson Event Rentals can really take things up a notch and fulfill your creative vision. While I’m not going to reveal exactly what we are doing for the reception (I will do a full recap after the wedding and reception are over), I can tell you that Cassy is helping me make it very special with her expertise in rentals. I met with her at the Lawson Event Rentals showroom to select linens, chairs and some other specialty items. You’ve got to love a company that gives back by helping non-profit charities.
