I can’t get enough of Nordstrom. If you have been reading this blog for a while, you know that I’m a Nordstrom shopaholic! Why? Because they always have plenty of selections, amazing customer service, free shipping and returns and you can find merchandise for everyone in your family. So it seems perfect that today Laura and I are going to show you our casual winter styles that we found at Nordstrom.
I love that Laura will shoot with me! You might remember seeing her in this blog post about skinny jeans and this post last week about our coffee meeting and shortbread cookies. She’s been such a joy and a huge help to me this fall. More importantly, by her joining me, it allows me to show you several casual winter styles appropriate for both our ages.
I’m wearing this wonderful Eliza J cable knit sweater dress (which also comes in gray) and Eliza J faux fur jacket. These are my favorite tights because they are Spanx and help shape you. I added this cute beret to show you a little style hack. If you color your hair and have roots, this is a great way to hide your hair line. I styled Laura in this fabulous plaid shirt that is so soft and comes in ten colors (by the way, this brand makes shirt dresses and pajamas too!). I love it with black skinny jeans (these are only $59!) and the chunky sweater layered on top. I had this beanie for her but didn’t want to cover her beautiful hair. Our looks are age appropriate and easily interchangeable. She could wear the cable knit sweater dress and I could wear her look. With the recent chill in the air, we are warm and toasty.
Everything we have on fits true to size (for size reference only we are both wearing size medium). I am also linking you to several other Eliza J coats that I found and really love as well as a few other selections that are similar to my cable knit sweater dress. I love draping a coat or jacket over my shoulders. It just adds a little flair.
Any guesses as to what our Starbucks orders are? xoxo – Tanya
