Good morning everyone – Brooke here! Waco is such a unique and fun town with tons of new places popping up. Today I wanted to share how I styled myself and Tanya in clothing from Roots Boutique and where we went around Waco!
This fun mural is painted on the back of a building called The Findery. Add this to your lists of places to visit if you are in Waco. It has tons of cute home decor, furniture, and unique finds. And don’t forget to take a picture in front of the “City with a Soul” mural in the back when you are done! After Tanya and I shopped around town, we stopped at Magnolia Table. It was opening week so it was a little busy, but such a fun place to see! The customer service is great and the food was very good. Definitely try a slice of the lemon pie if you go.
While we were exploring Waco, I styled Tanya in a great day outfit that is so fun for spring. This blue top with small stripe detail on the hem is such an easy throw on for a day around a new city. We paired it with her white jeans, open toe nude heels, and pom-pom clutch. Super trendy as we get into the warmer months. On myself, I’m obsessed with embroidery, so I wore an embroidered baby doll top and paired it with jeans and leather mules. I always like to be comfortable when walking around a city, so I typically stick with some type of jean and a slide on shoe. It was tricky to find a similar top, so I made sure to link a navy embroidered dress from the same brand that is a super fun piece too!
These items are currently available at Roots Boutique, and I have also linked similar items for you.
