As far as cooking goes, I am lazy. I don’t want a complicated recipe with 29 steps. And when you can combine the steps and make a full meal – genius! I found this recipe on Pinterest and thought I would share it with you. If you have a delicious, easy recipe please leave a comment and let me know. After all, we need to help each other!

Hello Tanya,
You kind of stole my entire recipe and images from my website. This is major violation that you can get in lots of trouble for. Before I give you a ton of grief about this I will just ask that you either remove the recipe portion and replace with a link to my site or at least link all the images back to me. Giving a recipe credit isn’t enough.
I work very hard to come up with unique recipes and take lots of time to take my own photos. This is considered copyright infringement because its my original property. Look it up because many people have gotten into serious lawsuits over this and borrowing other peoples photos from around the internet.
Calorie Warrior – My sincerest apologies. I will correct that immediately. Thank you for letting me know. I love your site and want to be sure to promote your recipes.
I’m a huge fan of Crock-pot recipes, especially when I can use a crock pot liner! I never have time to cook, so I prep a bunch of meals on Sunday, put them in a freezer bag, then pop them in the Crock-Pot before I go to work, or overnight.
I eat a Ketogenic Diet, so my target fat/protein/carb percentages are different than a lot of other peoples, but this is one of my favorite recipes – http://cavemanketo.com/caveman-chili/
Meghan- Thank you for sharing. What is KETOGENIC? Yes, a crock pot is a life saver. Thanks for your input!
It was actually originally a diet developed to help treat children with epilepsy in the 20s. Basically, it’s a high fat, mid protein, low carb diet. When you keep your fat intake at 60% and your proten intake at 30%, usually with less than 25 net grams of carbs a day, you train your body to start burning fat as its primary energy source. You can read about it here – http://www.charliefoundation.org/explore-ketogenic-diet/explore-1/introducing-the-diet
LOVEIT! Might have to try it and blog about it. Thanks for sharing.
I actually came up with this recipe because I’m trying to cycle my carbs. I drop my carb levels Mon-Tues-Wed and its really helped me lose more weight. The only thing that’s really carb-full in here is the garlic but not much at all. Eating low carb can get boring without some imagination.
Wonderful! Thanks for the additional tip!
I am a ketogenic eater too.
A pressure cooker allows you to cook large quantities of food (inexpensive, mouth-watering, down-home food like bean soup
or stew or chicken) in a very short time. If you want
