Happy Wednesday! I absolutely love running errands in leggings and tennis shoes. I have one hard and fast rule that I stick by. Wear a shirt long enough to cover your a$$. Unless you are in high school or early 20’s with a firm butt, ain’t nobody got time for that!
Listen, we all know we are far beyond the age where we need to run around town in our workout clothes and pretend we just killed it at the gym. Who are you kidding? Crop tops, sports bras and leggings need to be covered up. I don’t care if you are 50 years old and in the best shape of your life, cover your a$$. OK, rant over.
If you run in to me in Dallas, most of the time you might see me dressed like this. I absolutely live in these black Zella leggings. They have a high waist and are the perfect fit. They also have the perfect fabric content making them thick enough to hold it all in yet comfortable. I have this ruched front tunic in pink and black and they are an excellent choice to wear over leggings (or skinny jeans). Y’all, these pink Adidas tennis shoes are the bomb.com! So comfortable. Be sure to size down 1/2 size. Adidas run large. I wore these all over Paris and they the perfect walking shoe.
What do you like to wear when you run errands? xoxo – Tanya
P.S. This is also the best combo for going to a movie. Check out this blog post about 3 ways to style leggings.
