Happy Thursday! Is this quarantine week 4? I have lost track… While chatting it up with you over on Instagram stories, many of you requested at-home workout suggestions. While I love to get out and walk, there are many workouts that are easily done form home. The good news is, lots of them are FREE!
I feel like this “shelter-in-place” month gives us endless time to better ourselves. I’ve been ordering and trying lots of skincare products. I wish I put that much time into working out. I really need to up my game! The way I see it, this is like our cocoon time. We should all emerge like beautiful butterflies when the quarantine is lifted. Right? At-home workouts are really about self motivation.
Below are some suggestions to get your body moving. At bare minimum, try to move your body every day for at least 30 minutes. That’s all I am challenging you to do. The other thing to keep in mind is “you are what you eat”. Not gonna lie, my snacking is out of control! We are still maintaining our Keto lifestyle but when boredom sets in, I tend to wander downstairs to the kitchen. ARG!
What are you doing to stay motivated? What are your favorite at-home workouts? Would love your suggestions in the comment section.
xoxo – Tanya
P.S. My workout outfit in the pictures above is old and no longer available. I have linked similar choices. The drink in my hand is Glotrition.

at-home workouts
Get outside and just walk! The fresh air and vitamin D will completely change you mood. I walk the dogs daily. After dropping them off, I try to get in some more time where I can walk a faster pace.
Gardening! I did a full day of planting, weeding and making a new herb garden. Not only will your flowers look beautiful, you will get some much needed outdoor time!
Go for a bike ride! Now that we are quarantined, I love seeing people riding their bikes. Lots of families are doing it together while practicing safe distance from others on the street and sidewalk. It’s so fun to see so many Dad’s our riding with their kids.
Follow your favorite Instagram accounts and join them for an IG LIVE session. Many of them are working out in the morning with a trainer/instructor and you can follow along for FREE! Some of the ones I see every morning are @CamilaMcConaughey (YES, Matthew McConaughey’s wife), @LesleyAnneMurphy and many more.

Such good tips! I really want to reach my goal weight this year! I am always more successful when I plan my meals in advance!
I was just having this conversation with another client today, planning is EVERYTHING when it comes to hitting those weight loss goals. Once you have that down, everything else falls into place so much easier. I’m completely obsessed with the “Organize your Gorgeous Chaos” day planner! It’s where I schedule my workouts, my meals, my grocery shopping days, everything. Just curious, would you mind sharing what your biggest struggle is when it comes to reaching your goal weight? I’d love to see if I can give any more specific tips to help.
Great tips, Tanya! I love these. So practical, and yet we need to be reminded. I’m especially going to work at just moving at least 30 minutes each day. As a blogger I tend to spend so much time at my desk. The days I exercise, I get in a 45-60 minute workout. But the days I don’t workout, I fail to move at all sometimes! You’ve inspired me to take the 30 minute challenge!
Yey!! I love seeing this! I may turn the 30 minute challenge into a full, online challenge group with some free coaching. If you’d like to be updated if I set this up, just let me know 🙂
Great tips! It is a constant battle, especially when we eat out so often! Do you take the Olly Vibrant Skin and the Glotrition?
Love these tip! I really need to work on increasing the hours of sleep I get each night. I know that it will benefit my overall wellness, but I never make it a priority. Thanks for the reminder!
Great tips. I work at a computer most of the day but make sure I get in at least 30 minutes of exercise. My eating habits are good and I’ve always done meal planning. I try to cook at home every night, which makes a big difference. Thanks for reminding us of all the good things we should do.
Great tips. I will try my best to get 8 hours of sleep, thanks for this 10 Weight Loss Tips, this will be really helpful.
Thank you – just what I was looking for.
Amber-
I’m so glad this was helpful! I know it helps me…

Lots of wonderful choices! Thank you. My goal is 10K of steps a day.
Julie –
That is so great! I remember being at Disney World and easily getting in 10,000 daily. Those were the days…
