I hope you had a wonderful weekend and celebrated all the dad’s in your life. I know we did.
I’ve been trying to work on incorporating more pattern and bright colors in my wardrobe. You might remember me telling you about meeting designer Jude Connally at St. Bernard Sports in this blog post. She really encouraged me to embrace pattern which I usually shy away from. She personally picked a few pieces for me and I really like how it fits. I got this dress and this top to add to the top I have already told you about here.
What I really enjoy about her design is that it is a nylon/spandex mix that is machine washable and does not wrinkle. It travels well and is easy to wear. This little dress would be cute with a denim jacket if you were on vacation and the evenings were cool. You could also dress it up a little with a wedge heel shoe. I would wear this to run errands and it’s perfect for a casual day. The cork bag and my favorite flip-flops complete the casual style.
My style – Dress: Jude Connally; I got this top and this top too / Shoes: Tkees in Sunscreen SPF 30 / Bag: old, but I love this Elaine Turner cork bag / Bracelets: Stephanie Kantis / Sunglasses: Fendi / Lips: Tom Ford in Blush Nude (the perfect nude lipstick)
Well, what do you think? Do you like the pattern and bright colors? xoxo- Tanya

The outfit is beautiful on you! But, for me…it’s just a little too loud in colour! I prefer not too be the brightest person in the room.
Thanks for the feedback Kristin!
