Happy Friday! Happy Inauguration Day! Happy Weekend. I’m so glad we made it through the week. I’ve had lots of questions about some of my favorite products and recent finds so I thought I would give you a quick update. Let’s get caught up!
Below you will find my favorite vitamins, a Whole 30 update, two cute clothing outfit combos and a new nude lip combination I am trying out. A lot of this makes it to Instagram first so I wanted to make sure I shared it here as well. I’ve been taking food pictures and posting them on Snapchat and Instagram Stories (video) to hold myself accountable during the 30 days I’m on Whole 30. How am I doing? You will see more below the food picture.
Guess what? I’m going to start doing some video content! That was a huge goal for me and I am happy that I’m finally going to add it in 2017. Look for one next week. Remember, I’m just getting started so please don’t expect it to be perfect. My goal is to demonstrate some of the products that I talk about so that you can see how I use them. I hope you like it!

I’ve been using Olly Nutrition vitamins for a while now. I even sent some of my favorites with Taylor on her trip to Guatemala. You probably saw them in this blog post about her packing list. I really like that they are all gummy vitamins and I can take them on an empty stomach. They do not irritate your stomach and I feel like they are a treat. The SLEEP vitamins really do work. I’ve been having the best nights sleep since I’ve been using them.
I’m on Day 12 of Whole 30. Anyone else out there doing it? You basically eat clean for 30 days to reset your body and learn to eat with nutritional value again (hint: that means a lot of food prep and cooking at home). You give up alcohol, sugar, grains, legumes and dairy. I have successfully broken my diet coke habit and eating gummy bears at night when I’m writing blog posts (mindless eating). Guess what – I feel GREAT and I’ve already lost a few pounds! The Whole 30 cookbook, protein bars, RX Bars and LaCroix sparking water (lime is my favorite flavor) have been instrumental in helping me through this. I love cooking from the cookbook. Look at my spinach frittata I made. It was delicious! By the way, Pete says the food is really good.

I am always trying out new lipsticks and lip liners to achieve the perfect nude lip. Charlotte Tilbury makes beautiful shades that I am loving in this combo- Lipstick in Kim K.W. and lip liner in Iconic Nude. I’m going to top it with my favorite lip gloss (color 204 – Rose Tendre). Give it a try!
A pop of Pink
Can you tell I am craving warmer weather? I just picked up this darling shirt dress (than can also serve as a swimsuit cover up) and fabulous pink loafers. I will wear the loafers with white jeans and a white t-shirt for a crisp, clean look. Come on spring!
