On Alicia: Eliza J cold shoulder dress c/o / GiGI New York fold-over clutch / Nude heels

Every once in a while I step out of my comfort zone and try a new trend. Fortunately for me, Alicia Wood who writes The Lush List joined me in trying The Cold Shoulder trend with Eliza J dresses.

Alicia and I took the time to meet with the Eliza J team in New York while we were there for NYFW. Tyrone and Dana are such a joy and I have enjoyed working with them before on this collaboration. When they asked us if we would partner and show off one of this falls hottest trends, we were happy to oblige. Alicia and I love solids and dresses and I think you can agree that both of these beautiful dresses are so flattering. The cut out at exposing the shoulder is called “the cold shoulder” and its super easy to wear. By now you know that I really don’t like any clothing pieces that are going to present a bra issue. These dresses do not. You can wear your normal bra and your straps will not have an issue. That’s a huge bonus! My dress has a simple white border at the bottom and Alicia’s dress is solid black. Both are an easy fit and flare design and fit true to size.

I have linked our exact outfits for you above and I have linked all my favorite Eliza J choices below. You can’t go wrong with any of them and if you know you will be attending some holiday parties, you might want to get ahead of the game and order some now. My favorite choices are available at Nordstrom.

Dresses not your thing> They make a cold shoulder jumpsuit too!  xoxo – Tanya
