Do you really want to know what’s in my shower? I’m going to give you a little peak inside today! For me, I know the shower is a place where products just start piling up and then often collect dust when I move onto something new. You don’t want your bath and shower to be messy, but it is important to have the essentials! Read below to hear more about my essential shower products from Sephora, Ulta, Neiman Marcus and Amazon… And, be sure to read the input I got from a longtime blog subscriber!

First of all, I’m still loving Colleen Rothschild’s NEW body products for the shower and bath! I talked about Colleen Rothschild several times before, even a few weeks ago in this blog post. Their new Honey Vanilla scented products come in three forms: Creamy Oil Body Wash, Body Scrub, and Body Butter. The body wash and scrub are to be used in the shower, as they gently cleanse and moisturize skin with a luxurious blend of Shea Butter, Exotic Oils and Botanical Extracts. Then just use the body butter on damp skin immediately after showering/bathing. You will totally love your skin!

NOTE: Colleen Rothschild is having several specials right now. Now through April 15, get their High Performance Mask Trio for only $49 (regularly $65). They are also having a Best Sellers SALE. Get 25% OFF with code BEST25. Great way to stock up on skincare!

The next line of products that I enjoy in the shower are from dpHUE, a hair care brand that can be found at Sephora or Ulta. I use the Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse and Scalp Scrub, which you can even purchase together as a duo. The hair rinse is ideal when you don’t want to fully shampoo and condition, such as after workouts! Then the scalp scrub removes dead skin and product buildup out of the roots. Use this before conditioning. Both protect hair color and will strengthen your strands! I also love their Cool Blonde Shampoo & Conditioner because it brightens my blonde hair. They neutralize yellow tones to reduce brassiness in blonde, gray, or white hair. You can also get this for brown hair as well. I’ve discussed dpHUE’s products on the blog before here, here, and here if you’d like more details!

ZoSkin Health is another line of body products that are perfect for the bath and shower! You can find their products on Amazon. Their “Offects” Exfoliating Cleanser and “Oraser” Correcting Hand and Body Scrub are necessary to remove all that dead skin, dirt, and oil off the body! I usually use this 2-3 times a week. It’s the perfect scrub that makes my skin feel soft and smooth. Just don’t forget to moisturize after your shower!

As part of my typical hair wash routine, I love to use Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy Keratin Care Shampoo and Conditioner. Keratin is great because it relaxes and de-puffs my hair! I can truly tell a difference when I use this because my hair is so much shinier, glossier, and manageable. It works for all hair types.

Lastly, I keep L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil and Olaplex Hair Perfector No.3 in my shower for the more occasional use. I love using L’Occitane’s shower oil because it soothes my dry skin. It cleanses and moisturizes, making for the best product to shave with! Lastly, the Olaplex Hair Perfector is my go-to conditioner when my hair is feeling extra dry. I probably use this every 2 weeks, and I can tell how much it strengthens and restores my hair! If you get dry hair or scalp, I’d highly recommend it.

What do you love to use in the shower? I’d love to know!  xoxo – Tanya

P.S. I LOVE reader input, especially about products I blog about, you purchase and try. Thank you for e-mailing me your feedback! – it’s invaluable!

So I’ve been using the rose quartz roller and the strivectin neck cream religiously for a while now, and my closest friends and husband, who see me often, have been commenting on my skin. They thought I had botox or a peel or something. I really think the quartz roller works! And the neck cream. And I use that mud mask you recommended once or twice a week. But the most compliments I’ve received have been since I started rolling. So thank you for all of your blog posts and recommendations. I am one of your biggest fans, and I look forward to reading your blog every day! xoxoxo – Alison M.
