Hello and Happy Hump Day! Also, today is National Tortilla Chip Day. Maybe I will celebrate by indulging in Ritas Chips & Queso. Yum! After the craziness of last week it feels nice to be back into a normal routine. I wonder if our Texas weather has to do one final winter blast before settling into this nice spring season? I only want to focus on all things SPRING! Let’s hope that this season will bring a new, fresh perspective. Things are slowly changing for the better and I think we can feel hopeful about that. Right?
