Did you make a New Year’s resolution to be healthier? Maybe even to work out? Remember we just talked about this in Tuesdays blog post. Today I’m sharing a ton of activewear options to help you stay on track with your workout routine. A lot of these options can even be worn if you’re not working out and just want to be comfortable. That’s called Athleisure Wear and I’m a huge fan! Shop all of my favorites below.
I tried to share options at different price points but made picks from my favorite brands including Zella from Nordstrom, Alo Yoga, Alala, and more. If you’re looking for some affordable basics, check out Zella. All of the pieces are great quality for the price. Alo and Alala are a bit expensive but all of the pieces are pretty, trendy, and high quality. I also hear great things about Bandier so I will probably give them a try.
Wear this supportive Alo sports bra with these leggings or shorts for a cute and simple workout look. Throw on this pullover, twist front top, or zip up jacket on your way to the gym for some coverage. I know everyone has a preference for workout shoes but I like these, these, and these.
Don’t forget a water bottle, headband, and hair tie. Below, I linked some of my favorite protein bars, a yoga mat, deodorant, cleansing towelettes, and more. After all, you need all of these items in your tote.
Tips to Stay on Track
1. Look the Part: When you’re dressed in workout clothes that make you feel good, it’s going to make you more motivated to workout.
2. Find a Friend/Trainer: It’s easier to work out with someone pushing you.
3. Don’t Be Too Hard On Yourself: It’s okay to have an off day…and that’s okay. On that same note, just because you miss one workout doesn’t mean your whole routine goes down the drain. Don’t head straight for the donuts.
