We are officially at the end of January… hasn’t it felt like the longest month ever??? Many of you may have made some sort of fitness resolution for 2020. I know that the end of the month is probably when most people give up on their 2020 resolutions. If you’re feeling that way, you may need some extra encouragement. Tips To Staying On Track
- Make A Plan: If you tell yourself you’ll get up at a specific time, do a specific workout, and have it planned out, you’re more likely to stick to it.
- Look The Part: When you’re dressed in workout clothes that make you feel good, it’s going to make you more motivated to workout.
- Stick To It: Promise yourself that you will not deviate from your plan. And if you miss a day or two, don’t be too hard on yourself. Just come up with a plan to be better the next day.
