We are over halfway through January… hasn’t it felt like the longest month ever? ARG! Hopefully 2023 starts slow and finishes strong! Many of you may have made some sort of fitness resolution for 2023. I know that a few weeks in is probably when most people give up on their 2023 resolutions. If you’re feeling that way, you may need some extra encouragement. What’s better encouragement than a cute new workout look to keep you going? I know I always feel better when I workout with my trainer in new clothes.

Tips For Staying On Track
- Make A Plan: If you tell yourself you’ll get up at a specific time, do a specific workout, and have it planned out, you’re more likely to stick to it.
- Look The Part: When you’re dressed in workout clothes that make you feel good, it’s going to make you more motivated to workout.
- Stick To It: Promise yourself that you will not deviate from your plan. And if you miss a day or two, don’t be too hard on yourself. Just come up with a plan to be better the next day. It does not have to be all or nothing, just consistency!
- Drink plenty of water. I got a Stanley Cup as a Christmas gift and it really helps.
